Windows 7 Pro 64bit環境の LIFEBOOK A574/MW で Windows Update を実行するとアップデート後の再起動時にBSoD画面になるとのことで相談を受けた．
Restoreしてもこの状態になるとのこと．

WindowsUpdateの累積パッチをばらしてとか遠回りなことをしていたけれど以下のBIOS書き換えツールにてBIOSをアップデートすることで解決した．

2019年1月の定例アップデートもOKだった．
